At this inspection, no contraventions were identified.
As part of this Routine Inspection, a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed.
The following was discussed:
· COVID-19 prevention strategies
· Different ways to keep record of notification if a parent or guardian was notified of a minor illness or injury that involved their child
The information contained in the report was discussed with the licensee and the report and risk assessment were written off-site. Licensing advised that copies of the report and risk assessment would be emailed to the facility.
