Routine health inspection conducted. Domestic cooler at 1 degree C. Upper freezer at -17 degrees C. Cooler in children's centre at 3 degrees C. Freezer portion at -18 degrees C. Note: Very limited potentially hazardous (perishable) food storage in unit. Freezer (chest) at -21 degrees C. No hot holding. Thermometers available for coolers. Probe thermometers on site for internal food temperature checks. Food stored safely at time of inspection. Hand sink accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. High temperature sanitizing dishwasher (long cycle) was measured at a maximum temperature of 73 degrees C at the utensil surface. Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled spray bottle at 100 ppm chlorine. General cleanliness good. No signs of pest activity observed. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
