Observation: Back alley way and back storage shed has broken or unused equipment stored either in the rain or not in a clean manner. Pooling water in both areas (indoor and outside) and on equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all items that are unnecessary for food premise or that are broken.
Remove all greasy items or unclean items with food debris.
