Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer spray bottles or sanitizer containers prepared at concession.
Corrective Action(s): 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia sanitizer is to be prepared and available for staff use to effectively sanitize food contact surfaces.

Food contact surfaces in continuous use are to be sanitized at minimum frequency of 4 hours.

Manager prepared multiple sanitizer spray bottles during inspection.

Popcorn station directly across end handwashing station - debris, mouse droppings in corners of lower cabinet.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
