- Handsink supplied with warm water, liquid soap and papertowels to facilitate handwashing.
- Food handlers wear uniforms and hairnets.
- Cold Holding Units are maintaining correct temperatures (≤4C).
- Walk-In Freezer: -21C
- Most temperature controlled units are monitored by Microtherm (alarmed system). Units that are not monitored by Microtherm are identified and temperatures are manually monitored and recorded.
- 200 ppm QUATS available for sanitizing equipment and food contact surfaces.
- QUATS test strips available for verifying sanitizer concentration.
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.

**Note: Pan-Washer and 2-Compartment Sink in original approved dishwashing/ cleaning area are currently not in use. Area is used for storage. Bakery utensils and equipment are manually washed and sanitized at 3-compartment sink. Should dishwashing/ equipment cleaning needs increase, original dishwashing/ cleaning area must be used to accommodate peak demands.
