Comments

-Left hand fans in the walk-in cooler adjusted during the inspection. Food temperature was approximately 5 C. Ensure that the food and ambient temperature is always < 4 C. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Front hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. No evidence of pests. General sanitation was satisfactory.
