Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Shipping received from supplier was left outside and was sitting in the sun. Internal temperature measured in the range 2-4C
Corrective Action(s): - All food items were moved to the refrigerated truck held at temperature less than 4C. Operator mentioned that all food was meant for catering and was being delivered to gurdwara.
Upon receiving, food products must be immediately moved to the cooler.

- Chest freezers at less than -18C
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
