Follow-up inspection conducted:

-Areas mentioned during the routine inspection cleaned, except the under counter shelf by the prep cooler. Ensure to clean this area today.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket at the dishwashing area. Bucket was placed in kitchen with wiping cloths in at this time. Ensure to have 100-200ppm chlorine solution available at all times. STAFF MUST USE THIS SOLUTION TO SANITIZE ALL PREP SURFACES BEFORE STARTING FOOD PREP IN THE MORNING AND AFTER EACH POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION DURING OPERATION!.
-Prep cooler has been repaired and now operating at ~3.7'C. Ensure to monitor temperature and record on provided charts on a daily basis.
