- dishwasher reached 71C at the final rinse cycle - obtain either thermolabels or a waterproof thermometer to monitor the dishwasher
- rice scoop stored in ice water
- proper cooling observed (ice wand in use)
- ice machine in sanitary condition
- pop machine in sanitary condition
