Prep cooler has been repaired (gas fill) - now maintaining 4C Monitoring logs for kitchen have not resumed use as requested. **Print out new logs and begin using on a daily basis immediately. Check all coolers and your dishwasher rinse temperature Ice maker has been cleaned out as required. Remember to do this on a regular basis Chlorine test strips have allegedly been ordered, but are not yet on site for bar staff to check glass washer. A few test strips were provided by EHO at time of inspection - USE THEM!
