- Handsink in the kitchen obstructed with garbages and a scrubber.

- Ensure handsink basin is always empty to allow easier & frequent handwashing at all times.

Observation:
- Food debris observed on the edges of cake cooler door frame.
- Debris and garbages observed underneath equipments: sandwich prep cooler at the front, underneath stand up coolers inside the kitchen (far corners), underneath gelato machine.

- Clean the areas noted above.

Comments

- All handsinks are fully equipped with hot and cold water, liquid soap and single use paper towels in dispensers.
- Coolers at 4C or below.
- Freezers at -9C to -11C.
- Sanitizer in buckets read 200ppm chlorine.
- Low temperature dishwasher reached 49C maximum and final rinse water measured 50ppm chlorine.
- Staff certified with foodsafe level 1 equivalent course.
- No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection. Tincat traps were checked during the inspection and all glue boards were observed dry. Manager stated that they have discontinued third party pest control. **Ensure to have a contract with a professional pest control company for ongoing pest monitoring. Replace all glue boards in tincat traps.
