Routine inspection conducted: - Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at/below -18'C. - General food storage practice satisfactory throughout. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 78.3'C at the plate level after final rinse. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle as well as in a small bucket. - Professional pest control company contracted for a bimonthly visit. - Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. Facility maintained in a good sanitary condition. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
