- all year around business
- met with Jeff ( part time cook ) and he provided me the following information:
new additional food items ( chicken breast strips; chicken burgers - precooked; beef posticker - require full cooking ) - approved supplier

The following items need your attention:
- at least one staff to have a FS level 1 per shift ( section 10 ) - violation 502
- daily temp logs - are required to be up to date - violation 212
- paint all kitchen counters and replace the new kitchen vents - violation 308
