Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Deep fried pork, deep fried fish, and boiled pork observed stored at room temperature. Internal food product temperature ranged from 23-26 degrees C. Tray of noodles and container of pork stew/curry stored in oven under stove internal food product temperature 28-29 degrees C.
Corrective Action(s): All noted items discarded. Ensure all hot potentially hazardous foods are stored at or above 60 degrees C.

Observation: Interior of ice machine requires thorough cleaning and sanitizing. Mould/mildew buildup observed.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize interior of ice machine. Correct immediately.

Observation: Kitchen hand sink liquid soap in pump style dispenser (actually dish detergent) stored in the sink.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed in the previous inspection mount a liquid soap dispenser at this hand sink. Correct immediately.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vegetables observed stored on top of newspaper in the upright cooler for vegetables.
Corrective Action(s): Store all food products in food grade containers. Do not store food products on top of newspaper. Ensure all food is protected from contamination at all times.

Observation: Premise has an active cockroach infestation. Cockroaches observed in the dry storage room, mop sink/hot water tank room, and underneath the 2 door cooler for storing meat.

The following actions are required:
1. Contact your pest control company to assess cockroach infestation.
2. Follow pest control company recommendation.
3. Clean and sanitize entire kitchen. Clean and organize dry storage room. Follow this with sanitizing of floor and all shelves.

For areas affected by cockroach activity store all food products off the floor in the dry storage room and clean and sanitize the floor. Thoroughly clean the mop sink/hot water tank room.
Corrective Action(s): Entire premise requires a thorough cleaning. Correct immediately.
