Follow-up inspection conducted in response to report AJON-CL8SSG

Facility not in operation at time of inspection. Manager is planning on opening restaurant Wednesday, November 23, 2022.
Grate above grease trap secured (bolted) and mats placed around it to prevent tripping hazard.
Dish storage racks ready for pick up and will be installed before opening for service .
Order confirmation recieved 10:36am on Nov 18, 2022. Order #11827.
TVs have been mounted above dining booths nearest kitchen.
Glasseware in bar area washed, rinsed, sanitized and air dried and stored upside down on proper mats.
Glasswasher measured 12.5ppm iodine on glass surface.
All dishware and utensils washed, rinsed, sanitized and air dried.
High temperature dishwasher measured 71.0°C at time of inspection.
Ensure dishwasher is on whenever kitchen is in operation as water booster takes time to warm up.
A waterproof thermometer must be used to ensure dishwasher is at appropriate temperature for sanitizing.

Food preparation is permitted at this facility. All food served at this facility must be prepared fresh within facility.
