All infractions have been corrected:
-Toilet paper dispenser installed in employee washroom
-Paper towels available in dispenser
-Potato slicer clean and appears sanitized
-Paper towel dispenser installed upstairs at 3-compartment sink
-Daily temperature logs maintained for fridges -concentration logs for main washer
-Chlorine test strips available -Iodine test strips for glasswasher on order as per operator
-sanitizer buckets available at >200ppm QUAT and wiping rags maintained in solution when not in use
