- Walk-in cooler temperature measured at 2 degree C
- Walk-in freezer temperature measured at -19 degree C
- High temperature dishwasher final rinsing temperature at plate surface measured at 76.3 degree C
- Ice machine is clean, ice scoop is stored in safe manner
- Food is stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Raw meat and produces are stored in separate carts
- Time stamps noted on the left over food
- General sanitation is great, no sign of pest noted at the time of inspection
- Temperature log and dishwasher log is well maintained
