Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chemical dishwasher had no detectable chlorine at the time of inspection. Feed line was unable to feed chlorine at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Chlorine feed line was cut and dishwasher was primed at the time of inspection. Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 100ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chemical dishwasher feed line was unable to feed chlorine solution to the dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Have dishwasher serviced to replace feed line to ensure chlorine is fed into the chemical dishwasher properly. Operator cut the feed line at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to April 30, 2021.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. Facility was last serviced on May 17, 2021. One dead rodent found on a glue board.
-Foods were properly covered and raw meats were stored below ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection.
-Ensure dishwasher chemical concentration is checked daily to verify proper chemical concentration.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
-Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
