Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory. - Temperature of coolers recorded at or below 4C except 1 stand up cooler. See violation above - Freezers recorded at or below -18C. - 2 compartment sink in the back had adequate supply of hot and cold running water.
