As per last inspection, the operator has received inspection form the fire department and was approved to operate with a residential induction hood. As for now, the operator is using slow cooker to cook pre-cooked chicken.
In the near future, she plans to install a residential induction hood.
Food Safety plan for cooking pre-cooked chicken using slower cooker is approved.
Inspection findings:
- The owners have valid FoodSafe certificates
- Hot & cold running water provided at hand sink and two compartment sink.
- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer available
- Temperatures of refrigeration units that are in use are adequate
- Foods are stored off of floor.
- Each refrigeration unit is equipped with working thermometer.
- Probe thermometer is present to check internal temperature of cooked foods.
Health permit fee in the amount of $100 (cheque) was received.
Health approval granted.
