A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were found:
- Coolers storing perishable items were below 2C; veggie cooler was 6C; tomato cooler was 9C; freezers were below -18C; thermometers present; and temperatures electronically monitored.
- General sanitation level is good. No debris found under pallets on floor.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on racks, shelves or pallets.
- Non-foods (chemicals) stored separately and/or below food items.
- No signs of pests. Reviewed pest reports.
- Ecolab dispenser and supplier of cleaning & sanitizing products. Quats sanitizer used, it had 200ppm strength. No test strips present.
- No expired foods found. FIFO rules being followed.
- COVID-19 plan in place. An audit was completed of the plan during the inspection.
- Results of the inspection was discussed with staff, no signature obtained due to the pandemic.
