Observation: The front prep cooler is at 9.7 degC. This is too high. The cooler was being used for storing some cut and whole vegetables only.
Corrective Action(s): Get the cooler fixed. The temperature should be 4 degC or below. After lunch/dinner rush, move the cut vegetables into another cooler.

-200ppm Bleach is available in a spray bottle on-site.
-Manager has gotten recertified (Expiry is May 25, 2024)
