Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Soiled food equipment stored on shelving beside and above cleaned, sanitized food equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Do not place used, soiled food equipment together with clean food equipment.

Cleaned, sanitized food equipment and utensils are to be stored in a sanitary location that protects them from contamination prior to their next use.

Observation: Upper floor dry storage rooms - mouse droppings observed on the floor, in corners and on lower shelving unit with spare food equipment.
Dead mouse observed in snap trap of corner storage room.
Office area - mouse droppings observed on floor behind filing cabinets and food debris under office desk.
Walk-in cooler - green wire shelves soiled with debris and white mold.
Water and pop syrup build-up in cabinets below both pop syrup dispensers at customer area and take-out window.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Potential leaks from pop dispensers are to be repaired.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
