Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted some knives and cleaned utensils stored in a container that was noted to be soiled.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue was corrected at the time of inspection** Staff started cleaning out the knives and utensils and store them in a sanitary container.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted today:
- Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
- All freezer units were at -18C or below.
- QUAT sanitizer spray bottle available. 400 PPM QUAT detected.
- Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing. Sink was set-up and 400 PPM QUAT was detected in the sanitize basin - excellent.
- Overall sanitation and organization excellent.
- Cutting board noted in good condition.
- No signs of pest at the time of inspection.
- As per staff, oven and hot hold unit are turned on only when a custom order is received. Unit was not turned on at the time of inspection.
- Staff who was onsite at the time of inspection has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certificate.
