2. Scoops for powders observed to have handle part contacting the powder.
Correction: 1. Plastic bowls are not suitable for dispensing dry goods, use scoops with handles for dispensing dry goods to ensure contamination from staff is not transferred to the bowl, then to the dry goods.
2. Ensure scoop handles is pointed upright to prevent contamination of the powder.

-Ice machine well maintained, scoop stored outside
-No sign of pest activities observed at time of inspection
-Sanitizer solution in bucket at 200 ppm

Note: -preparation cooler at back kitchen area not in operation, used for dry storage
-Ensure personal items are kept separate from foods served to public
-Digital timer used to monitor pearls at room temperature, operator informed that leftover pearls are thrown out every 2 hours.

Note: As per compliance meeting conditions, food items on site are restricted to approved items only.
All food items and ingredients not related to approved menu are removed from the premise (April 18 2019)
