-discussed proposal received from head office again for the food prep and transportation for the Port Moody location. The Port Moody facility is licensed for 117 kids but the kitchen on-site does not have cooking equipment. As mentioned in 2016 when this proposal was first brought up, the New Westminster kitchen does NOT have the capacity to accommodate meal prep for an additional 117 kids. Alternate arrangements must be made for food service for the kids at the Port Moody location. This kitchen is to be used for food prep for the kids at this facility only.
