Observation: Dishwasher measured below the minimum standard temperature at plate to ensure adequate kill off of pathogens. Measured 66 C or below multiple times.
Correction: Provide alternate means of sanitizing dishes (manual in sinks - 100 ppm bleach or 200 ppm quats) until unit can be serviced or replaced.
Follow up inspection needed to confirm proper sanitizing temperature (71 C or more at plate) can be achieved. See follow up date noted on report.
