Under the counter cooler, sandwich cooler, walk-in cooler and egg cooler were measured at 4 degrees C or below.
3 doors freezer and walk in freezer were measured at -18 degrees C or below.
Hot holding items (hash browns, chili, broccoli soup, chicken noodle) were measured at 60 degrees C or above.
Hand sinks were fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Ice machine is in sanitary condition - ice scoop stored in sanitary condition.
QUATS sanitizer measured at 200 ppm
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 76.3 degrees C at the plate level.
General sanitation is adequate.
Food storage is adequate.
No recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
Staff with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 or its equivalent is on site.
COVID 19 inspection is completed.
