- Stand-up cooler maintained below 4 degrees Celsius.
- Stand-up freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Cold holding units equipped with thermometers.
- Concentration of bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 73 degrees Celsius at dish level after final rinse cycle.
- 2-compartment sink available with sink plugs.

Prep Kitchen:
