Routine inspection conducted. Main facility (Unit 10010) has a kitchen for food preparation (staff to residents), while the other building (Unit 10008) is used for storage and dispensing of drip coffee. The following was observed at time of inspection:

Domestic cooler units at 3C
Domestic freezer units at -18C
Storage area downstairs has two freezers (one chest, one stand-up freezer) both at -18C or less
Temperature logs maintained and up-to-dates. Cooler units equipped with thermometers
Hand wash station adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
Domestic dishwasher available for cleaning and sanitizing equipment
Metal utensils inside cabinets (forks, knives, scoops) are maintained in good sanitary condition
Dry storage room downstairs in good sanitary condition. All food products covered and stored at least 6" off the floor
Chemical storage separate from food products
Premise generally maintained in good sanitary condition
Bleach sanitizer spray bottle present at approximately 200 ppm chlorine residual
No evidence of recent, visible pest activity noted at time of inspection
