Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 92 bottles of "Arvan" yogurt soda stored at room temperature inside the walk in cooler. The operator stated that these were going to be thrown away.
Corrective Action(s): Throw away all of the bottles stored at room temperature. These drinks are to be stored at 4C at all times.

Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- All upright coolers < or = 4C.
- All freezers < or = -18C
- Three compartment sink available (meat section) to wash and sanitize food contact surfaces.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Most food items stored at min 6inches off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity.
- Random food items (i.e.dairy products, prepackaged food) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and any signs of deterioration. All in good conditions.

Meat section:
- Handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.
- Display cooler at 4C.
- Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine solution.
- Meat slicer in clean condition.
Note: The walk in cooler was turned off during the time of the inspection. The operator stated that it is not in use. Ensure that the cooler maintains 4C at all time when in operation.
