*Operator cleans and sanitizes surfaces where products come into contact after it comes out of the oven.
*Operator not using sanitizer in the three compartment sink when washing equipment/utensils/dishes or on food prep surfaces before food goes into the oven.
**Recommend looking into getting a different sanitizer if there are concerns that bleach sanitizer harms the dough starter
