Comments

Food premises operates under the name Mulligan's. Application form to be provided and completed to reflect change.
Kitchen not regularly operating unless there is a booked event which requires food service.

- Hot and cold water supplied to sinks
- Liquid soap and paper towel present at handsinks for handwashing. Ensure paper towel is loaded in dispensers. New dispensers have been purchased and are going to be installed.
- Cooler were operating at required temperatures (4C or colder):
- 2 door reach in cooler 4C
- Worktop cooler 4C
- Prep cooler 2C
- Walk-in cooler 3C
- Freezers were operating at required temperatures
- Quats food contact surface sanitizer present from dispenser and in spray bottle. Concentration measured 200ppm in spray bottle
- Ice machine appears clean/maintained
- High temperature dishwasher operational and met required temperature to sanitize dishes. Final rinse was 73.6C at dish surface.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of the inspection. Pest control contract in place with regular service. Measures have been taken to exclude pests including installing weather stripping at exterior door and filling/covering holes with wire mesh and steel wool.

Observations and required corrective action reviewed with Sales Service Supervisor and a copy of the report was provided.
