Comments

All hand wash stations fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
** Noted hand sanitizer placed beside hand sink in back kitchen food preparation area. Remove hand sanitizer as it is not intended to be used as a substitute for proper hand washing in a food premises.
All coolers 4⁰C or less (domestic, under counter, dry storage...etc)
Freezers - 8C to -16C (Ensure all frozen potentially hazardous foods are stored at -18⁰C or less)
Premises does not do any hot holding. All foods made/reheated per order.
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest infestation noted at time of inspection.
Meat slicer in use at time of inspection.Ensure meat slicer is taken apart and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use (if used once a day or less frequently) or minimum once every 4 hours (if used frequently throughout the day).
No gelato being served at this time.
Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottles (two in front and one in back) 100ppm. Staff said that paper towel is typically used to wipe counters.
High temperature dish washer achieved 71⁰C (with thermolabel).
