Domestic cooler was at or below 4 degrees C (at 3.1 degrees C).
Freezer component was at or below -18 degrees C.
Temperature records were in place.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 72.6 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) a the plate.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in a spray bottle.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Storage areas were clean and organized.
