Observation: Back and undersides of oven have significant food debris in catch pan and dripping grease on the undersides of the oven.
Rangehood and canopy also need cleaning.
Food waste/debris in and on cupboards.
Corrective Action(s): Deli needs a thorough cleaning including cupboards and drawers, including top edges and door faces and backs. The cooking area also needs cleaning (especially the back and undersides of the oven and the rangehood canopy and ducting).

All refrigerator and freezer temperatures meet requirements, general sanitation needs improvement, no indications of insect or rodent infestation, quaternary ammonium sanitizer readily available at 200 ppm.
Store provided with updated Environmental Health bulletins on boil water advisories, small fires, and food safety during a power outage.
