Observation: Vegetables display cooler not able to maintain 4 C or lower; measured 15 C - 21 C throughout the cooler. Mostly whole fruits and vegetables stored in the cooler. Some cut vegetables were stored in there that must be transferred to a working cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to repair the cooler so that it can maintain 4 C or lower at all times.

Walk-in cooler and other doored coolers at 4 C or lower; all freezers at -18 C or lower
Chlorine sanitizer available on site
No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
***Discussed temporary move to the adjacent unit as the building is being renovated. Required all refrigeration and plumbing to be available for use during the temporary move. Operator is to contact the inspector when ready to move into the adjacent unit. Once the renovation is completed with all new equipment, operator will submit a plan for a new deli and vegetable prep area.***
