Routine Inspection -Coolers were 4 C or below. -Freezers were -18 C or below. *Clean and organize the walk-in freezer. -Sale of only pre-packaged foods, re-packaged candy, coffee and slurpees. No preparation of foods permitted on-site. -Foods are within their best before dates. -Front handwashing sink and washroom sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use towels. -Bleach on-site. Discussed washing and sanitizing tongs (that are for candy). Wash and then sanitize with 200 ppm bleach (1 tbsp of 5% bleach with 1 gallon of water) and then air-dry.
