- Follow-up to inspection conducted on November 2, 2023 (Report #YTAN-CX7QUB). - Ventilation canopy filters have been cleaned and sanitized. - Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm - 200 ppm in both kitchen areas. - No opened tin cans of food in coolers. ** Upright 2-door cooler was being serviced at time of inspection. Cooler was not storing any food at time of inspection. Ensure it is capable of maintaining temperatures at 4C or colder prior to using to store food again. An additional follow-up for this cooler to be conducted.
