Routine health inspection conducted. Note: Kitchen not in use at time of inspection. Coolers at 4 degrees C or less. Freezers at -18 degrees C or less. No hot holding. Thermometers available for cooler units. Food is protected from potential contamination. No changes to food preparation and service practices since last routine health inspection, as stated by staff on site. Kitchen hand sink is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Utensils and equipment in sanitary condition. Residential dishwasher with sanitizing setting (NSF-certified) is available. Dishwasher is used once per day. Bleach water sanitizer spray bottle is properly labeled. Note: Sanitizer bottle was observed to be empty (stored on counter, nozzle separated from bottle). It was stated that bleach water sanitizer solution is prepared fresh daily, and bottle had been emptied as there is no more food service for today. Bleach is available on site. No signs of pest activity observed during inspection.
