hot water supply repaired, hot water was available at all sinks - good
Discussed operational capacity with operator. Walk-in cooler is unable to be repaired but is also not required for safe operation of the facility as this facility's food flow only requires the glassdoor cooler and 2 prep coolers on site.
Reviewed food capacity of the above noted cooler units and operational flow of food on a daily basis with operator. no objections to proposal on the condition that should future issues be observed with cold food storage capacity, a new fridge will be required to be installed
