Followup inspection to Routine report# KDEL-AZPU93 The following violations have been corrected: 1. Handwashing station faucet handle in kitchen has been repaired. Handwashing station is adequately equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. 2. Dishwasher found at 50ppm concentration. Note: New sanitizer gallon and sanitizer piping has been replaced.
