All fridges are 4 degrees Celsius or colder. All freezers are -18 degrees C. or colder. Dishwasher final rinse reached 71 degrees Celsius at the plate surface. Bleach water solution in labelled spray bottle contained 100 PPM chlorine residual. General sanitation is overall very good.
