The following items have been corrected: -->Operator has submitted plans on how to operate the facility safely -->Sanitation plan has been updated -->Operator has increased frequency of food and non-food products delivery -->All staff on duty in the future will be foodsafe certified. All staff are expected to be able to demonstrate the proper procedures on manual dishwashing. -->Bleach sanitizer is available in spray bottle and in sink; at least 100ppm chlorine noted. Operator also has test strips for monitoring. -->Facility has moved all equipment back to original approved condition. Chest freezer will be moved to the back to accommodate a bigger prep table for staff. Still outstanding: -->Ensure areas that required cleaning which was noted on the routine inspection are cleaned. Closure order rescinded. Facility is given approval to re-open.
