Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Broken sanitizer spray bottle at front.
Sanitizer solution in front and back without date/time stamp.
Sanitizer solution less than 200ppm Chlorine (50 and 0ppm in buckets observed) - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - all date stamping stickers changed out; sanitizer solution changed.

Corrective Action(s): Staff are not changing date/time stickers for sanitizer solution. This is a repeat violation at this location. Staff need to be trained to change out sanitizer solution and track with stamps to ensure sanitizer solution is changed. This is an extremely busy location that requires frequent changing of sanitizer solution.

Observation: Fruit flies observed in front beverage dispensing area and some in back.

Corrective Action(s): All of these food spills contribute to pest infestation. The Guildford mall and surrounding areas are heavily infested with rodents. Ensure staff are properly trained to clean spills and hard to reach areas to prevent against pest infestations.

Observation: Cleaning required throughout. The level of sanitation today was not acceptable on floors and in some cupboards.

- Spilled ketchup in back storage area under rolling storage racks
- Spilled ice cream along top of ice cream dispensing unit
- Nozzles and dispensers throughout require cleaning.
