Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Dishwasher reached at or above 71 deg C. Walk-in cooler was below 4 deg C. Freezer was at -18 deg C. Very minimal food stored in the premises. General sanitation was satisfactory. Chlorine sanitizer at 100 ppm. Person in charge for kitchen has valid Food Safe 1 certification. No signs of pests noted. Temperature log sheet available. Start monitoring again once there are food stored in the cooler/freezer and hot holding when there are meals served. **Shower/meals for vulnerable population has been discontinued at this time. Re-start of the program may be next year 2022. For now, kitchen will be used to make meals for congregation. Note: Provided signage for hand washing and ware washing.
