* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder
* Freezer units were -18'C or colder
* Bleach sanitizer available for sanitizing food contact surfaces; ensure bleach concentration maintained at 100-200 ppm
* Monitoring records were available and up to date
* Operator, Nicole, has food safe level 1 and will renew food safe level 1 by end of July 2018
