401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (REPEAT VIOLATION) Hand washing station upon entry into kitchen observed obstructed with equipment. Equipment was removed during inspection. Corrective Action(s): Kepp all approved hand washing stations unobstructed to ensure staff is able to wash their hands at adequate frequencies during food handling and to prevent food borne illness. Do not store anything in hand washing stations as these hand sinks should only be used for the purpose of hand washing. Violation Score: 5

Follow-up Inspection Conducted Observations: - Fruit fly population has decreased since the last routine and follow-up inspections - Operator has placed yellow sticky fly trap tape near the bubble tea station - Operator mentioned that they have poured vinegar water down the drains - Fruit fly population should be monitored. Additional sticky traps may be placed around the kitchen.
