Observation: 1. *REPEAT* (Since Aug 2022) 2-element burner stated not to be in use is in use at time of inspection.
2. Bunk Bedding / sleeping area installed near front handwashing area. Bedding equipped with mattress, and fleece blankets. Large backpacking packs observed to be packed and stored above bed. Food stored under bottom 'bunk'. Mattresses removed when identified by inspector.
Corrective Action(s): 1. All equipment that can emit oil laden vapour must be located under range hood. Rearrange cooking area so all equipment is under the range hood. Currently, 1 of the 2 elements is not under the range hood. Half of another single burner unit is not under range hood.

2. Remove all equipment and items (backpacks, blankets) not required for the operation of your facility. Remove food from lower 'bunk' as canned and dried food is stored directly on the floor. Uninstall lower 'bunk'. Top may be used as shelving for food storage.

Routine inspection conducted. The following observations have been made:

Facility is no longer set up as per approved floor plan. A copy of the proposed floor plan must be submitted approval prior to making further changes to facility.

Temperature:
2 door display cooler (Patriot): 3.4°C
Display cooler (Kool it, nearest front entrance): 3.0°C
Display cooler (Kool it, nearest kitchen): 4.4°C
Upright freezer, 1 door (Efi): -13°C

Chest freezer (small): -20.4°C
Chest freezer (Nestle): -24.6°C

Chest freezer (nearest walk-in cooler): -16.2°C

Sanitation:
Handwash stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap & paper towel.
Handsink in kitchen area is part of 3 compartment sink (left most compartment)
Staff observed to be washing hands in central compartment.
Sanitizer in spray measured 200ppm QUATs or 100ppm chlorine (bleach)
Chemical dishwasher measured 50ppm bleach by end of inspection

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

No pest activity observed at time of inspection
