- sanitizer measured 100ppm chlorine in sanibucket
- ice machine in sanitary condition
- stone grinder replaced with large stainless steel blender
- cooling logs available - ensure they are maintained
- ice wand available - operator is ordering more
- vent hood scheduled to be cleaned July 2020
- no obvious signs of pests
